So, the first week of the "Summer of Me" and I gain a pound. Of course, it could be the large container of popcorn from the movies we demolished last evening. And lovely AF is here. Next week will be better.

There's nothing better than movie popcorn! It's water retention, it'll go away.
uh oh! that's ok! i didn't have much of a loss. but that's ok. my af is here for me too. the first time in about, oh, a year and a half! i did not miss this at all.

Yep, it sounds like water retention from both AF and the salt from the popcorn. I LOVE movie popcorn. Haven't had it in a while, though.
