I've heard that, but no clue where it comes from except that witches are cold? Does this apply to their titties? Perhaps. My dad says "colder than a well digger's ass" so same concept ;).
My dad says "colder than a witch's tit in a brass bra." I have no idea where all this comes from either.
No clue - but it is colorful! And it's like that here today. Although, never having touched a witch's tit, I couldn't say for certain. :)
