Let's Dance!

This week is the Ultimate Blog Party at 5 Minutes for Mom . I'll be posting some photos of our lil' 'ole party soon.

The goal of the party is that we get to make some friends, get goofy on our blog corners, and have fun. A rule of the party is to post an intro of sorts here, so here goes!

Say hi if you are stopping by from the list!

About me: I am woman who has ugly feet (hence my hobbit feet title). My family consists of a husband who loves Fantasy Football a little too much, two kiddos who are extremely silly and keep me on my toes, and a monster goldfish who eats guppies. I love to read, scrapbook when I have time, and surf the web. I could eat pizza every day of the year. I'm a preeclampsia survivor and a lover of Disney.

There are some cool prizes to win. These are on my list:

Other items I like are: 71, 117, 123, 126, 127, 59, 29, 67

LOL!! YOu're funny. I like your blog. I love Lord of the Rings and the Hobbit.

I hope you can come to my blog party. I review books. In fact I reviewed Tolkien's recently posthumous work "The Children of Hurin." I also have a contest going called "HOw well read are you?"

How could I resist clicking on a blog entitled "A Woman with Hobbit Feet"? How intriguing--and fun (the title, not your feet).

I think all feet are kind of funny looking, even those that are supposedly perfect for modeling shoes. I mean, they're *feet*! But I know that many people feel that feet can be beautiful.

I couldn't resist looking for a "foot model," and found this interesting segment on a news show, hosted by a famous foot model and talking all about keeping your feet in good shape to be seen. "If you're going to bare it, you've got to prepare it," she said. So, just for fun...

my husband is a hobbit through and through. I'm slightly more elvish I think, but thus far Bilbo and Samwise seem very hobbity children...yes, we do realy call them that from time to time. LOL!

Just party hoppin, but I couldn't pass up a party with 'hobbit' in the title!

I'd love to have you visit me too at http://brightonwoman.blogspot.com

I don't think your feet are ugly. Or maybe that is because mine look very similar to yours. LOL

Haha, I love your blog! I guess I am a fellow hobbit. My feet are worse I think...long toes that go every which way. Let's not tell Tommy Lee...I remember seeing a Bio on him, and he won't look at a girl with ugly feet :P Thank you for the giggle! Happy partying!

Qhat a fun title for your blog! And your post was great!

I had to pause a while - read "drool over" - the desert item on your menu, and the skinny good-looking chick in the black dress ( hate her - wish I looked a little like her) and then swooped onto Orlando baby and am staying here for a while - pant, pant....
Okay, I'm off now. Enjoy your partying.

Gerbil said...

Now THAT's a blog title that catches your attention. Now it could be worse... you could have Oompa Loompa feet. And then they'd be orange.

Sounds like a party! I like the dress you settled on for the party! *smile* - Take care & thanks for stopping by my blog!
